Our Headco Machine Works shop provides complete gear machining, tool & die, metalizing and welding for all your maintenance, repair and fabrication needs. From small pins to an entire floor of production equipment, we have the solutions you value.
In addition to an extensive product line consisting of intricate and exacting tooling, gauges and fixtures, hard-to-find pulleys and sprockets, guards and shields, our Headco Machine shop also maintains an extensive inventory of raw materials, including mild steel, stainless tool steel and many grades of plastic. We have all of the materials on hand to deliver the solutions your industry demands, and we are Timken Bearing Certified!
Specific services include:
- Reducer repair by factory-trained technicians
- Dynamic balancing of impellers
- Turn, bore and thread inch and metric pitches and sings up to 42 inches with a maximum length of 20 feet
- CNC mills and lathes
