Our Gears and Sprockets speed reducer shop is located in a suburb of Chicago, Illinois. This shop contains our Reducer Repair Department and Build Center Department and we are proudly Timken Bearing Certified. Our Reducer Repair Department has repaired reducers over nine feet tall and weighing over 4,000 pounds. At our Build Center Department, we stock component parts that allow us to make thousands of variations of reducers in less than twenty-four hours. We are proud to offer you quick, quality repairs that will reduce downtime and optimize production.
Reducer Repair
One of the few industrial repair shops of its kind, our Reducer Repair Department rebuilds and repairs all types of domestic and foreign gearboxes, reducers and hydraulic units. An authorized Rexnord Link-Belt PIV Repair Center, our Reducer Repair Department specializes in servicing breakdowns and getting obsolete units up and running with on-hand inventory and quick turnaround times. We strive to reduce your downtime with immediately available, reliable products that maximize your efficiency.
Specific services include:
- Quality repair of gearboxes, reducers, pumps, motors, valves and cylinders
- Supplying OEM parts or manufacturing OEM parts per sample
- Free inspection

Build Center
Our Build Center specialty shop produces a full range of inline units and Cone Drives, including Falk UltraMax® Gear Drives, Falk UltraMite® Gearmotor Drives and Rexnord Planetgear™ Speed Reducers. Both an authorized OEM Gear Reducer Build Center for multiple manufacturers and a Cone Drive Remanufacturer, this shop is one of the few Build Centers of its kind in the U.S. We specialize in building solutions that make you more productive and competitive in your industry.
